Candidates must have a LinkedIn profile with a picture No H1/CPT Description We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to start immediately working on-site at our Houston, Texas client leading complex projects from inception to completion. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget * Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, delegating tasks and managing resource allocation effectively * Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively * Establish and implement project governance processes and quality control measures * Prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and key performance indicators to senior management and stakeholders * Ensure project deliverables meet defined business requirements and objectives * Facilitate and lead project meetings, driving decision-making and conflict resolution * Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and team members * Continuously improve project management practices, tools, and methodologies Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field * 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in a Senior role * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification * Proven track record of successfully delivering large, complex projects * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities * Proficient in project management software and tools * Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously * Experience with payroll or ERP systems * Experience working on a team of Project Managers, attending meetings, taking notes, and understanding cross-functional needs to maintain organization * Background in government projects is desirable, with the ability to work cross-functionally with senior management on large-scale projects Additional Requirements: * Immediate start availability Trust is Contagious!!
