Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is preferred. 2-5 years of hands-on experience providing end-to-end Appian support including but not limited to level 1 support, gathering business requirements, development, Unit/QA testing, deployment, administration, and post Go-Live support. Experienced in business process design, requirements gathering and translating business requirements into deliverables. Familiar in all aspects of business analysis, testing, application development (SDLC), agile deployment methodologies, and a basic understanding of project management. Solid problem-solving skills as well as demonstrated analytical abilities, Understanding of Business Analytics and the metrics that drive management decisions. Ability to produce deliverables related to stakeholder analysis, functional requirements and scope statements, data flow diagrams, test plan and test cases, communication plans. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications with special emphasis on Excel, Word, and Visio. Extensive knowledge and experience with low code application development for rapid prototyping and solution deployment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with employees at multiple levels of the organization. Prior experience with Jira and ServiceNow preferred. 2-4 years of prior experience with Appian development and support required.
