Familiarity with Jira Job Description: As a Senior UX Designer with a focus on UX Research (UXR), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our products. You will lead the charge in understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations through a variety of research methods. Your insights will be instrumental in guiding our design decisions and ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed user expectations. Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics analysis. Synthesize complex research findings into clear and actionable insights and design recommendations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to integrate user research findings into the design process. Create mockups, wireframes, personas and other design artifacts to communicate insights and guide decision-making. Clearly communicate design decisions to peers and key stakeholders. Design and execute usability testing sessions to invalidate assumptions and iterate on design solutions. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into user-centered design solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design and research.
