There will be two additional full-time employees on this immediate team that rolls up into the Director of People Systems. There is an additional People Systems team that handles the Performance Review & Recruiting sides of Workday that reports into my counterpart. TECHNICAL SKILLS Must Have Workday Advanced Compensation Workday Compensation Workday HCM Workday Reporting Excel Workday Calculated Field Configuration experience Workday EIB experience Workday Security Role Responsibilities: The top responsibilities of this person will be maintaining our day to day support of the Workday Compensation module, and also being the technical lead for our evergreen Fall Promotion process within Workday leveraging Advanced Compensation. Education/Certifications: Certification in Workday Advanced Compensation, Compensation, HCM & Reporting a nice to have. If not certification, extensive experience required. Further define skill requirements: This person has to have direct experience in configuring Workday Compensation & Advanced Compensation with having led or directly supported multiple Compensation Review processes within Workday from a technical perspective.
