We are looking for a skilled Project Management Professional (PMP) with a proven track record of managing projects related to pay systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of pay system projects in Richmond, VA. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project success. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues as they arise. Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders. Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology) required; Master's degree preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a 4 years focus on pay systems. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Knowledge of pay system regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
