Position: Senior Oracle Implementation Techno Functional Lead Consultant (Hybrid) Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA Duration : 6 + Months Job Description: Job Duties and Responsibilities: Lead assessment, design, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Financials, Supply chain and Manufacturing. Partner with clients business stakeholders to execute all phases of the implementation lifecycle requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment in accordance with the Oracle Unified Method (OUM). Lead the solution options considering Oracle Cloud Financials, Supply Chain and Manufacturing capabilities to address business requirements and business pain points. Ensure high quality and value-added documentation of functional and technical solution design for review, update, and approval for implementation. Lead the hands-on configuration in Oracle Cloud Financials (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA), Supply Chain Manufacturing and work with client stakeholders to ensure configurations are in alignment with business requirements. Lead the hands-on development of custom solutions across Reports, Integrations, Conversions, and Extensions. Manage and drive continuous development of industry-specific accelerators (templates, best practices, automation tools) for faster delivery. Required Skills/Experience: 2-3 prior full-lifecycle implementations. 10+ years prior experience with Oracle ERP (Financials, SCM, HCM, etc). Excellent communications skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Self-driven to achieve the highest standards of service, implementation excellence, and on-time delivery. Take extreme ownership and commitment towards results and getting the job done.
