Title- Infrastructure Engineer Location- Remote from one of these states: candidates need to be located in one of these states: OH, IN, MI, KY, OK, TN, TX, VA, WVA Job Description Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in Linux system administration, specifically with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL). - Strong knowledge of system security measures, experience with SELinux, and firewall configurations. - Proficient in scripting for automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef). - Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues effectively. - Strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with remote teams. - Certifications in RHEL (RHCE, RHCSA) or similar are highly desirable. NICE TO HAVE Amazon Web Services - Proficient in managing AWS infrastructure, particularly in identity, storage, and compute services. - Design, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure ensuring seamless integration with Linux environments.
