You will determine the product features, working with business and UX research team, own and manage product backlog items, User stories and acceptance criteria. Strong Order Management, System Integrations and Payment Processing experience in e-Commerce domains is preferred. Work collaboratively with all the stakeholders, from concept to delivery. Your commitment to team collaboration, perfect communication, and a quality product is crucial. Preferred Experiences: Minimum 7+ years of work experience with latest experience as Product Owner with Order Management and Integration Solutions exposure Supply Chain/Retail industry experience is a must. Strong ability to communicate at leadership level. Responsibilities: Facilitate and lead the product roadmap and prioritization process with the business stakeholder and cross-functional domains, Influence and lead the development of a tech platform foundation, Define epics, determine success criteria and ensure the solutions created will deliver the expected benefits, Ensure stakeholders clearly understand the scope of changes being delivered or the scope of the change intent that is planned. Skills: Proficient with the various Product Management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ProductPlan etc. Understanding of Sterling OMS solution including Order creation, Order lifecycle and Order fulfillment Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
