Exposure to technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments in one or more projects of similar size and complexity to BEST. Demonstrated experience in implementing successful data conversion projects. Demonstrated experience in supporting highly regulated and sensitive data compliance standards. Knowledge of structured data, such as entities, classes, hierarchies, relationships, and metadata. Knowledge of database management system (DBMS) physical implementation, including tables, joins and SQL querying. Ability to combine data from multiple sources when needed for analysis. Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with the use cases, business purposes and quality of the data. Knowledge and experience with at least two types of data conversion tools. Knowledge and experience with data modeling. Knowledge and experience with data mapping, profiling, and cleansing. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in building business solutions that integrate with Data Warehouses. Experience with large scale data conversion support tools, such as informatica. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Software as a Service cloud implementations particularly those in which legacy applications have been migrated to cloud delivery options. Experience in generation of data conversion / data migration materials, including but not limited to data flow diagrams, data models, sequence diagrams, and network and security diagrams. Minimum of three years experience with designing and developing data architecture. Minimum of three years of cloud computing experience. Experience in designing data solutions and implementing aspects of data governance programs such as data quality, master data management and data cataloging. Possess superior analytical skills and be detail oriented with the ability to communicate effectively as part of a larger team within the information technology department. Minimum Entrance Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience. Minimum of three years of design and implementation/conversion experience in one or more of the following disciplines: large scale data conversion/migration from one application to another, application development, application programming interfaces (APIs) or database management. Minimum of three years of data conversion experience. Demonstrated experience of problem solving within a complex operational environment.
