Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing business processes through structured probing with stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement in business processes through data analysis and stakeholder feedback. Develop recommendations and roadmap for implementing the future state workflow. Collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to prioritize recommendations. Lead process redesign initiatives, including the development of new workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and performance metrics. Develop a change management plan to facilitate a smooth transition to the new workflow. Utilize process improvement methodologies and tools to drive continuous improvement efforts. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business process optimization. Skills Required: Proficiency in value stream mapping, process modelling and mapping tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement, or related disciplines.
