Understanding of IT services availability. Experience in creation of availability requirements, availability plan. Hands on experience in planning, improving, monitoring, and reporting the availability of IT services and IT infrastructure components in order to meet availability service level commitments. Hands on experience in performing capacity planning and defining capacity requirements fot IT application infrastructure. IT Service Continuity Understanding and experience of data Back up and restoration procedures and testing. Understanding and experience in designing, implementing, and managing disaster recovery plans of an organization.
