Job: IT Data Governance SME Location: 100% Remote Duration: Long Term Contract Need 10+ years Experience with Passport Number. Job Description : This position supports development of branch data analytics and greater sharing of public data for transparency and greater efficiency in sharing data. The IT Data Governance SME will work with a cross-functional team (including JCIT, data stewards, subject matter experts and Court leaders) to create, test, and implement design standards for the Judicial Branchs public-facing data dashboards. Minimum Job-Specific Skills/Qualifications Required (in order of relative importance): Ability to conduct user research sessions, gather feedback from subject matter experts. Technical project management and documentation skills. Ability to analyze issues from system documentation and recommend solutions. Experience creating policy or governance documents. Excellent oral, written, analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead a technical discussion with both technical and non-technical staff. Excellent analytical, verbal and conflict resolution skills. Create templates to support key use cases for public dashboards using Power BI. Understanding of data automation and data pipelines Additional Skills/Qualifications Desired: Experience in government (State) setting.
