This team is at the forefront of the cloud initiative leveraging best-in-class cloud based technologies to replace legacy on-premises solutions to provide intelligent trend insights, actionable opportunities, decision support and transperancy into all client and business-related activities. Need a Java Engineer with strong experience in the data engineering space to help build and integrate data-driven intelligent solutions into the business processes. This role will involve a close collaboration with the team of data specialists, application developers and product managers.Required skills: Design, develop and deliver Java-basd APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot, AWS and Streaming technologies like Kafka, Kubernate. Experience in working with SQL building stored procedures, functions, and data warehousing solutions Experience with Salesforce CRM Eco-System Exposure of Big data, strong Database Exposure to Business Intelligence tools like Tableau CRM, Cognos, PowerBI, etc. Exposure to ETL and Data Engineering tools like Mulesoft, StreamSets & Databricks Experience in developing TDD/BDD unit-tests and work with Quality Assurance team members on defect triage and resolution Must have experience working in the Financial Servives and Investment Banking domain Proactively participates in Agile ceremonies like sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, etc., and experience in working with virtual teams Leadership skills in mentoring team members, resolving technical challenges and performing code reviews in a peer programming environment Keywords: New York Senior Java Engineer!!
