Agile process coaching Responsibilities: Program and Project Management Work with team to update project roadmaps to demonstrate value outcomes, key milestones, and major deliverables for all marketing initiatives. Facilitate information sharing and collaboration across different teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Support teams use of project management best practices to increase effectiveness in delivering marketing initiatives. Administrative Support and Team Organization Organize key meeting agendas, ensuring all necessary participants are informed and prepared. Coordinate regular meetings with leadership to discuss project updates, strategic direction, and program performance. Track action items and decisions made during meetings to ensure accountability and follow-through. Participate in budget management process to ensure accuracy of accounting updates and reconciliation of open risks & opportunities. Systems Management and Data Integrity Ensure that our program tools (Teams, Miro & Airtable) are consistently updated and accurately reflect the status of marketing initiatives. Regularly audit Teams, Miro & Airtable and work with respective team members to maintain high data integrity and reliability. Support team members in using Teams, Miro & Airtable effectively, and act as a point of contact for any system-related queries or licensing/technical issues. Ensure outside agency partners have appropriate access to our tools to see and update content as appropriate in a measured process. - Years of experience Required: 7-10+ - Work Hours/Schedule: M-F, 8-5 ET Trust is Contagious!!
