This resource will be collaborating with CCoE, Architecture, and SRE teams to define and develop guidelines for a self-service on-call schedule management, integration with existing observability tools, and automation patterns for support teams. This resource will delve into the other toolset support, including define new capabilities and enabling playbook automation. Responsibilities Guide IT teams to manage and support their PagerDuty alerts, teams, schedules, escalation policies and automations. Deliver best practice trainings to assist with the onboarding process. Collaborate with other teams across IT to develop a new set of patterns to use for PagerDuty. Responsible for the development of event management rules. Ability to turn requirements into technical implementation and operational management.
