You will support one or more cross-functional squads, engaging with all team members and the Squad Leader to reinforce and embed an agile approach and principles into the day-to-day work. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors, you will evolve and sustain an innovative agile culture. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Deep experience in software development, with at least 4 years leading scrum teams focused on building software solutions for technology initiatives Experience in a Scrum Leader role and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions Deep knowledge of scrum tools Jira, Jira Align experience desirable Excellent systems analysis skills Experience in developing and authoring solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systems Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and API (Application Programming Interface) consumer tools such as Postman. Experience with Agile development methodologies Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technology subject area Ability to mentor and coach the teams and individuals across divergent functions, experiences, and geographies Ability to influence behavior without having organizational hierarchy Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and adapting to organizational changes Ability to brainstorm with teams on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks Effective communication and people-interaction skills Efficiency in written and verbal communications and dedication to tailoring content to the appropriate audience (business vs. technology, associate vs. management, etc.) Ability to rapidly assimilate business processes, goals and objectives and distill them into well-defined User-Stories/requirements Flexibility to adjust your work schedule to accommodate both U.S. and India-based teams and associates Knowledge of technical solutions and back-end systems http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=126809&uid= |
