Position: Data Manager with Azure Databricks, MDM Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite) Duration: 6-12 months Rate $65/hr. C2C Requirements: Experience in Pharmaceutical and Life sciences implementations and awareness of commonly used data sources for Customer Master and Sales information 6+ years of experience in working with data management teams within a sales and marketing environment 6+ years of experience with data warehouse, MDM and data integration initiatives Strong understanding of industry standards in areas such as CRM deployment strategies, Transparency Reporting, Customer Master and data warehouse Strong SQL knowledge Experience working in a production environment for multiple clients in a compliance industry Experience with Salesforce.com/Veeva or a similar CRM system a plus Experience with IQVIA/Symphony datasets a plus Experience with end to end process in launching field sales teams, engagement center teams for Pharmaceutical clients a plus Experience with Azure Synapse and Databricks a plus Experience with Unix, PySpark and/or Python scripting a plus Experience with Power BI or any visualization tool a plus Skills: Ability to lead a team through the implementation and adoption of data exchange services Ability to manage ones own work load effectively Good communication skills, both verbal and written Conflict resolution Detail oriented and analytical with planning and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Strong initiative and a self-starter Specific knowledge of client business and technology/data operations in the Pharmaceutical industry. Skill in troubleshooting and problem solving.
