Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Critical thinking and big picture understanding of how applications work. Good Communication - verbal and written and ability to work with remote team. Should have the thirst for learning new technology. Design and oversee on-premises, hosted, and hybrid networks. Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the network architecture, standards, and protocols. Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure network security and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide expert-level problem resolution. Easily adapts to rapid change. Desired Skills: Proficient in C/C++/Python Strong knowledge of network protocols (e.g., BGP, VxLAN, SDWAN, VPC, BGP, VLAN) Multiprotocol support for IPv4 and IPv6 address families and mixed IP environments Multi-tenancy design of virtual network data isolation and security Traffic engineering design of load balancing and redundant paths Splunk/Ansible/Terraform Science Logic SL1 Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, ACCA, or VCP are preferred.
