Full Name: Visa: Email: Phone: Location: Relocation: Full Education: Last 4 SSN: Rate(C2C/1099/W2): Linkedin Id: Start date: Senior Kronos UKG Administrator and Technical Lead Visa : No H1b/ CPT Remote Required: Kronos/UKG Workforce Timekeeper v8.x, Kronos/UKG Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) 8.x, Kronos/UKG Workforce Device Manager 8.x, Oracle 12c, 19c, SQL Plus, Oracle PL/SQL, Windows 2012&2022 OS Admin Position Description : UKG Kronos: - Lead and manage all activities for the Kronos WFC8.x application in the Healthcare organization. - Provide administration for Kronos WFC 8.x oracle database and servers on a regular basis. - Support database upgrades, performance improvement, and tuning activities - Provide AIX server support for the Oracle database. - Write code/scripts to support Oracle Database in AIX/Unix environment. - Participate in enterprise-wide system engineering projects, patching, encryptions, and security initiatives. - Work with various MIT teams to ensure the Krono steam tickets are resolved on time and required follow-up and tracked through. - Provide support and maintenance for schedules, automation, issue resolution, and alerts. - Provide support for the installation of new applications and upgrade migration projects. - Maintain system documentation and updated diagrams for all supported modules. - Lead Development and QA testing of patches and release in preparation for production. - Provide support for the Kronos Time capture system (Time Terminals, Touch ID, WDM, Servers, Services, Application Software) - Troubleshoot and resolve the Kronos WFC 8.xissues. - Interface with users, vendors, and IT staff to coordinate implementation and operation. - Support data extract or request for Kronos UKG Dimensions migration Provides consultation and expert level support to MIT teams. Define issues as they relate to data, technical, and operational feasibility. Supplies technical and business system guidance to team members and other teams within organization. Maintain a high level of technical expertise and business knowledge. Act as subject matter expert in area of specialization. Provide technical expertise as a lead consultative resource on client projects, business and technical matters in area of expertise. Participate in the creation of high-level comprehensive solution designs. Provide consultative and technical sales support including presentations to and meetings with prospective and existing clients. Supply technical and business system guidance to team members and other teams within organization. Assist in defining problems and objectives, describing the requirements, determining costs and benefits. Define issues as they relate to data, technical and operational feasibility. Ensure that requirements are benchmarked against vendor offerings to facilitate solutions to business or operational problems. Design the use of the system to achieve goals and ensure the viability of the system through controls and procedures. Work closely and coordinate with internal management on project actions and recommendations. Provide timely, effective, and professional customer support. Communicate with client management on issues and ensure problem resolutions. May participate in on-call support. Provide expertise on design and planning. Perform system and problem analysis to develop solutions for new systems requirements or enhancements to existing systems. Address problem analysis, review the proposed solutions and recommend joint problem resolution and review. Work with Project Managers to assist in the project planning process.
