Please share resumes to [email protected] Role Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Lead Location North Charlotte, NC (Onsite) Duration 6+ Months Experience - 12+ Job Responsibilities: The Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Lead provides end-to-end solutions that address clients business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud applications, with the ability to lead a team. Responsibilities: Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Cloud applications. Design, hands-on configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management of Oracle Cloud HCM applications. Resolve functional and technical issues. Be an active member within clients Oracle technology communities. Required Skills: Minimum 12-15 Year s of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll end-to-end implementation experience. Should have completed more than three full implementation projects in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. Candidates with HR with Benefits, Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Fast Formula with multi-Org experience would be preferred. Lead all workshops (Process, design, configuration, test, and validate), Agile methodology, and act as lead for Cloud Payroll Implementation. Provide functional application leadership and guidance to a team based both in the US and India Have a positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, and should be an excellent team player. Has excellent English spoken and written language communication skills Conduct workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution Configure the system to match the business requirements and system design Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions Create workbooks and documentation to support the system design Build trusted relationships with the Transfer product knowledge to the project team and the client via knowledge transfer.
