[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Position - Mainframe DB2 System Engineer Location - Plano, TX Essential Skills: Install, upgrade, maintain, and customize DB2 and its associated IBM and 3rd party software Monitor DB2 on z/OS environment Create, modify, and maintain DB2 databases on z/OS environment Provide technical system support for DB2 sub systems, database tools, and utilities Support DB2 business, end user, and application requirements Reorganize and update statistics in the DB2 System Catalog tables Perform regular housekeeping activities like monitoring disk space, DB2 logs, backups, and data integrity protection Review and enforce data modeling and naming standards Manage and maintain data definitions for all production and non-production databases Perform DB2 SQL performance tuning Perform database backups, reorg, and recovery Manage DB2 plan and package Assist developer teams in debugging DB2 related issues Thanks and Regards Rajat Kumar Recruitment Lead (Sales and Marketing) Savi Technologies Inc.
