Job Description: IMPORTANT NOTES: Fully remote, with occasional visits to office for on-site collaboration Project is expected to run to the end of 2024, and contract can be extended based on organizational need for 2025 and based on performance. This is a newly forming team with a mix of internal team members from existing application teams, new contractors, and others. Interview with existing senior BAs from the Digital team, and final round with Digital leadership (hiring manager). Two rounds max MUST HAVE: Large scale initiatives, some technical experience, experience with collaboration across multiple teams, comfortable with aggressive timelines, experience with APIs, release management, and web development Must have experience with Daily sprint ceremonies, directing the work for the team members, Story creation, sprint planning, project roadmap, liaison between business and technical team, point of contact for the team. PROJECT INFORMATION: This is a very fast-paced, high visibility environment supporting our Customer Zeal initiative. We are building enhancements to an existing customer-facing application. The Business Analyst must be able to manage and understand release management concepts, API integration, as well as cross-team planning and collaboration for dependencies. Candidate must be an exceptional communicator, as well as be able to take the lead and drive the teams work. MUST HAVE: Bachelors degree in business administration, computer engineering, information systems, finance, statistics, computer science or a related field or minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in a business analyst capacity working with business systems related to systems support, analysis, or development Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis. Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification. Required Experience & Skills: Acted as a liaison with stakeholders to analyze the needs of various functional business areas while enhancing software and reinforcing business standards Created detailed documentation of functional, system (non-functional), user and reporting requirements that may include but is not limited to: Use Cases, Logical Models, Process Flow Diagrams, Report Specifications and Data Mapping & Flow Diagrams Performed research and analysis for proposed projects to determine feasibility and durability Perform profiling and analysis of data from source systems Ensured that solution requirements are clearly documented, communicated, and validated Provided support to functional and user acceptance testing groups throughout development life cycle Assist with the creation of value proposition (ROI) for proposed projects Helped the team to define and control scope for development initiatives and release schedule Worked jointly with other IT Managers to create detailed work plans for software development and enhancement projects Responsible for status reporting, knowledge transfer and implementation plan as appropriate for the software solution being developed Built and maintained relationships with software application vendors and implementation partners Instructed, directed, guided and checked the work of Business Analysts -- Keywords: information technology card Arizona Sr./Lead Business Analyst I Local-AZ-Remote | / | Contract [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1273667&uid= |
