Lead Support Engineer Location-Chicago, IL, day 1 onsite, 3 days working Its a PROD support role though .Net skills (e.g. C# knowledge) is required Mandatory Skills Azure C# .Net Rest Api Production Support Lead required JD- The Lead Support Engineer maintains and enhances the System of Engagement (SOE )layer supporting extraction, transformation and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and Azure 'big data' technologies. The Lead Support Engineer is responsible for attending to tickets from different users and providing a response and resolution as per the defined SLAs. The ticket support activities could include activities such as customer communication, troubleshooting, debugging and bug fixing. Some activities that the Lead Support engineer would require to proactively pursue would include identifying, designing and implementing internal process improvements such as automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture. Work with stakeholder teams and team management to assist with SOE data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs Respond to tickets on Service now in a timely manner Be available for calls and emergencies during non-business hours Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in data systems Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
