Troubleshoot issues, both from a development as well as a performance standpoint Recommend appropriate technologies to support the implementation of the BI and Data Governance roadmap. Work with the data architect to ensure that logical and physical data models support the analytic needs of the business. Suggest BI technical and architectural guidance to projects and teams, ensuring that new initiatives enable effective data reporting. Ensure effective communication of user requirements. Build data structures to support requirements. Superb organizational skills. Must be motivated to learn and flexible to change. Education: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. Experience: At least ten (10) years of experience with developing, deploying, administering and supporting the reporting and data platform. At least ten (10) years of experience developing reports, interacting with business, managing user requirements and creating diverse reports and dashboards. At least eight (8) years of experience in reporting and analytics tools such as BusinessObjects, QlikView, QlikSense Tableau, SAS, D3, R, Data Governance Experience working with various SQL, NoSQL Databases. Strong SQL development skills writing complex queries and stored procedures. Experience in managing and deploying applications in Amazon Web Services is preferred.
