Job Description : Data Quality Lead Location : Kansas city, MO Remote role Rate : 58$/hr on C2C Fixed Experience : 10+ years profiles only. Job Summary: Lead and manage the data quality monitoring practice for core broking services, under the P&C analytics team. Direct Responsibilities QC lead: Serve as the Primary Lead for data monitoring for Core broking. Be self-driven and proactively manage issues and tasks related to data quality. Triage issues to decide root cause and forward to respective teams as needed. Develop Standard Operating Procedures and documentation for building support knowledge base. Develop SME (Subject Matter Expert) and function as escalation point for L1 team (when developed) Able to effectively use project management tools (Azure DevOps) and MS office suite. Business/Quality analysis: Analyze business scenarios, rules and process and data quality requirements, failure points, monitoring needs and collaborate with delivery and operations teams to design and implement solutions. Excellent data analytics skills Ability to develop effective reports, dashboards and visualizations. Propose additional quality checks and business process improvements in consultation with business teams to improve quality of data. Ability to work with end users and translate business needs to technical solutions. Design and Delivery: Monitor issues and help drive technical solutions. Work on centralized monitoring system (Azure based using tools like App Insights, Log Analytics, etc.) Co-ordinate changes needed for data quality monitoring based on development releases of systems involved. Key Success Factors Data analysis skills, focused on data quality. Prior experience with operations and customer support, ideally in a lead role Excellent trouble shooting and incident management skills. Excellent task management and co-ordination skills Excellent communication skills. Ability to explain complex ideas in a simple manner. Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to communicate clearly between different teams (business, leadership, and technical audience) Self-motivator, self-starter, innovative and creating success in ambiguous situations, driving results through influence. Ability to multi-task, moving easily between strategy, operations, and development activities. Quick learner and adopter of newer technologies (for example using AI techniques and models) Tech skills Management and documentation tools (ADO, Microsoft office products, doc man, SharePoint) Data Visualization tools (primarily PowerBI) Azure data engineering (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, ADLS, SQL, Logic Apps, Power) Familiarity with enterprise level systems and architecture (Azure suite, MuleSoft, Salesforce) Other Requirements US based, preferably KC (if not, will have to travel to KC as needed).
