Develop and document business models based on organizational processes. Provide expertise on data usage, metadata, and standards. Mentor and provide leadership to junior associates. Analyze data to validate business requirements and ensure data quality. Collaborate with governance council to establish data governance standards. Partner with management to identify opportunities for utilizing data to drive business objectives. Define testing strategies and ensure data quality with Quality Assurance teams. Provide support for day-to-day data-related issues and incidents. Assist with various project-related activities, including data assessments and dashboard development. Requirements: Bachelors degree in a technology-related field preferred. 7+ years of US Experience as a Data Analyst in a centralized data warehouse environment. Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Power BI and Cognos. Experience with ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics. Familiarity with data modelling concepts and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and autonomously when necessary. Customer service orientation and willingness to learn and adapt. Leadership and mentoring abilities, with a focus on driving performance improvement.
