The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client. Requirements: Experience working as Enterprise Architect; Experience implementing a Maintenance Management system at a government organization; Experience implementing Agile Assets or CityWorks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Lead the Clients side of the project, and oversee the overall project working with both Trimble and the implementation vendor; Creating and maintaining a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project's scope, schedule, budget, and resources required. Making sure integrations with other systems are identified and successful Manage vendor and implementor relationships to ensure that deliverables are met within budget and on schedule. Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track Follow a communication plan that includes regular status updates with implementor and stakeholder engagement Work closely with Clients project manager, to ensure the system meets the organization's requirements and objectives Develop a change management plan that includes communication and training to ensure that end-users are prepared for the new system's implementation.
