Job Title : Atlassian Administrator Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 6+ Months Contract JOB DESCRIPTION About the job The contract position, Atlassian Administrator, JIRA Service Management and JIRA Cloud is responsible for defining and executing the technical strategy and tasks to successfully migrate the team from the current ITSM and JIRA toolset to the Atlassian cloud based solutions. The current ITSM solution is an on premise implementation of Remedy. In addition, the current on premise JIRA will be migrated to the cloud solution. Key Responsibilities Serve as the internal SME to drive design and configuration for new JIRA and JIRA Service Management instances Partner with service desk team members, leadership and stakeholders to understand the current ITSM processes and identify current best practices as well as areas of opportunity. Develop and recommend solutions to solve existing challenges within the Remedy tool Partner with development and QA team members, leadership and stakeholders to understand the current JIRA projects, workflows, user groups and permissions and email configuration. Partner to establish a plan to avoid migration and/or configuration of unused projects/workflows/user groups Complete analysis and design to create required configuration mappings between Remedy and JIRA Service Management.
