Job title: Alteryx Consultant with Data Analytics Location: Frisco, TX - Remote Job Description: Alteryx Data & Advanced Analytics Solutions Engineer RESPONSIBILITIES: Strong team player helping customers with their most pressing data & analytics challenges Able to facilitate requirements gathering & discussions with Global 2000 customers and translate business needs to technical requirements with ease Strong communication skills with the ability to capture business processes, concepts, challenges and issues and explain and translate complex technical concepts into actionable steps (in Alteryx) for extended technical team members Execute on a broad range of data engineering (data extraction, transformation and loading), data modeling (structured and unstructured data) data science and advanced analytic techniques Access, parse and load complex data sets from a variety of structured and unstructured sources, ranging from small, simple excel reports to large, complex datasets from cloud data sources, enterprise applications and data warehouses quickly, efficiently and accurately Experience with data manipulation and preparation in software or coding Practical experience developing data pipelines to automate analytics steps and processes (in Alteryx) that can be extended to client needs Assess, design and build tailored database models, analysis and applications based upon the dynamic needs of each project Design, develop, deploy and support sustainable Alteryx workflows and solutions Draft and present technical documentation and client presentations Bring a creative, innovative and entrepreneurial spirit through the identification, design and development of solutions to improve projects, processes and solutions that deliver impactful business outcomes Collaborate with cross functional teams across account management, technical & project leaders, to align deliverables and work stream plans Thrive in a dynamic environment and maintain a focus on customer success A continuous learner with a demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment Coach, teach and communicate findings with colleagues across projects, sharing learnings and best practices QUALIFICATIONS: Good experience with Alteryx with Data Analytics. 5+ years of experience across data analytics, business intelligence, developing database models and data science after graduating from College.
