Oversee the installation and offer progress updates to ensure the effective operation of plant projects. Devise and carry out strategies focused on preserving, improving, or expanding the plant's capital infrastructure. Take the lead in identifying, planning, and executing projects geared towards improving current manufacturing processes, increasing efficiency, cutting costs, enhancing yields, and reducing waste. Engage external engineering firms when internal expertise is unavailable. Develop and put into action training programs for introducing new technologies or equipment Provide technical engineering assistance to the plant, which includes developing and maintaining technical and engineering standards.
