Job Description: Minimum 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 / 9.2 -NA Payroll, Time & labor, Recruitment, Base Benefits implementation, Support, and development Resource should be proficient in core modules of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 -NA Payroll, Time & labor, Recruitment, Base Benefits. Resource having exposure on PeopleSoft application Upgrade HR 9.1/9.2 will be a plus point. Experience in other modules like Core HR, Self Service. Resource should have PeopleSoft technical expertise around-40%. Having experience on Integrations and AWE is must and PeopleSoft Functional expertise around -60%. Resource having exposure on PeopleSoft financials 9.1 will be a plus point. Resource should be able to work out of client location- San Carlos, CA. Resource should be flexible to provide daily handshake for an hour with offshore team based out of India. Good Communication, Problem solving and Analytical skills.
