Required Skills and Qualifications: - 7 + years of direct experience with Oracle ATG Web Commerce and Business Control Center. - Demonstrated expertise with Endeca Experience Manager (Endeca XM or EXM) or comparable search and navigation management solutions. - Deep understanding of e-commerce principles, web technologies, and the software development life cycle (SDLC). - Proven track record of leading development teams and projects to successful completion. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. - Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with proficiency in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
