Role :: SAP FICO Anchor Treasury Management / Lead Architect Location :: Dearborn , MI (Onsite) Duration :: 12 Months Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional with a strong background in Treasury Management to join our team as an Anchor Treasury Management / Lead Architect. This role will focus on leading treasury management initiatives within SAP S4 Hana 2021 environment, overseeing and driving two implementation projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of SAP FICO modules, particularly in treasury management, and a proven track record of successful implementations in S4 Hana environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the anchor point for all treasury management activities within SAP S4 Hana 2021 environment. Lead and oversee two implementation projects focused on treasury management functionalities in SAP S4 Hana. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, design solutions, and implement treasury management processes. Develop and maintain treasury management strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Design, configure, and customize SAP FICO modules to support treasury management processes, including cash management, liquidity planning, bank communication, and risk management. Provide expertise in SAP S4 Hana 2021 functionalities related to treasury management, including integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to educate end-users and project teams on treasury management best practices and system functionalities. Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of treasury management processes within SAP S4 Hana environment. Stay updated on industry trends, SAP releases, and best practices related to treasury management and SAP S4 Hana, and proactively apply this knowledge to enhance existing processes and systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP FICO with a focus on treasury management. Extensive experience in SAP S4 Hana implementations, with a minimum of two full lifecycle implementations. Strong knowledge of treasury management processes and best practices, including cash management, liquidity planning, bank communication, and risk management. Expertise in configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules to support treasury management functionalities. Proven experience in leading and managing implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within SAP S4 Hana environment. SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus.
