It is NOT a PM who knows ServiceNow. It is for someone who has managed projects for the implementation of various modules of the ServiceNow Application Suite and can manage projects related to implementing, integrating, and fine-tuning ServiceNow modules. Candidates for it have to fill out the following skills matrix. The upper portion is components of ServiceNow that are installed today but may need enhancements or configuration changes or better integration to other systems. The lower portion are components of ServiceNow that will be implemented. Candidates need to have as many modules of ServiceNow as possible.
