Mandatory Skills: Technical/Non-Technical o Advanced knowledge in using video editing software such as Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. o Advanced knowledge of video codecs, formats, and exporting processes to ensure optimal video quality and compatibility. o Advanced knowledge with motion graphics, transitions, animation, audio effects, visual effects and color corrections. Soft Skills Responsiveness, creative, o Quick Responsiveness: demonstrates prompt responsiveness and adaptability to project requests, client feedback and revision requests. o Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with creative team to construct engaging narratives. o Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills. o Strong communications skills to convey ideas, feedback, and creative suggestions. o Demonstrates creative mindset and ability to suggest modern video trends and visuals.
