Business Requirements: o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to controllership processes. o Translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications for implementation. Communication: o Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of controllership-related initiatives. o Facilitate meetings and discussions to gather input and feedback on proposed changes. Testing and Quality Assurance: o Develop test plans and execute testing activities for controllership enhancements. o Ensure the quality and integrity of controllership processes through rigorous testing procedures. Process Improvement: o Identify opportunities for process improvement within controllership functions. o Work closely with teams to implement changes that enhance overall controllership effectiveness. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Controllership Business Analyst role. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud ERP or SAP Finance related applications is preferred. Strong background in documenting and designing controllership processes, procedures, and data elements. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in translating business requirements into actionable specifications. Proven track record of testing and quality assurance for financial controls. Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and drive change. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
