Position: Sr. Genesys Implementation/Developer (Hybrid) Location: Columbus, Ohio (Local only) Duration : 12 Months Visa USC & GC Job Description: 5+ years of experience Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs) Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering field Experience with Genesys or other Call-Center-as-a-Service is a plus 4-6 years of experience as a Software Engineer is required. Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, Typescript and/or Java. 1-2 years of working with React is a plus 1-2 years of experience and working knowledge of AWS technologies such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, and Lambda. EventBridge and CDK. Experience integrating 3rd party SaaS applications into existing software. Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Tasks and Responsibilities Drive the design, analysis, and implementation of new services and integrations with 3rd party SaaS applications such as Genesys. Collaborate with various internal teams like architecture, infrastructure operations, and cyber security to reach consensus on best patterns. Automate, build, test, and deploy code and build pipelines Establish automated quality control patterns unit testing, automation, and security scanning best practices for code Work in an agile team environment to iteratively delivery value Bring others up to speed on your experience and knowledge mentoring, code review, and helping your team grow Certifications and Licenses AWS Solutions Architect or Cloud Practitioner is a plus If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.
