Define team objectives, set performance targets, and ensure that team members adhere to best practices. Issue Resolution and Escalation: Oversee the resolution of technical issues related to SQL Server, ETL processes, Databricks, and Striim. Act as the escalation point for complex technical problems, ensuring timely resolution. SQL Server Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of SQL Server, including query optimization, database administration, and troubleshooting. Assist in resolving SQL Server-related issues and provide guidance to team members. ETL Process Support: Understand ETL processes thoroughly and assist in identifying and resolving issues related to data extraction, transformation, and loading. Collaborate with ETL developers and data engineers to improve ETL pipeline performance.
