For SAP FICO., MM, SD (Brown field or Green field implementation experience is must) Common expectations for all roles The ability to communicate successfully verbally and in writing with customers, end users and team members > 8 years of professional SAP consulting experience. SAP implementation project experience and well aware of SLDC. Excellent communication skill and ability to manage expectations, project scope and assess client needs to suggest best possible solutions Ability to create, manage, communicate and meet project timelines and goals Experience of working in Onsite Offshore model SAP certification Preferred. Basic ABAP debugging for all functional roles Preferred. SAP FICO: 3 TO 4 years of S/4 HANA implementation experience. Experience in S/4 HANA Brown field implementation will be preferred. AR, AP, GL, AA, and COPA areas New GL and Document split functionality (for Accounts other than Apple) Automatic Payments with DMEE, XML and iDocs Revenue Recognition, Tax on sales and purchases Exposure 3rd party taxation tools like Sabrix, Taxware or Vertex Withholding Tax. Sound knowledge in Intercompany processes theough Edi-IDocs Exposure to Interfaces and development thereof Knowledge in Bank communication, Lock box and Electronic Bank statement with search strings Integration with SD, MM and PS modules. Working with IDocs Local GAAP Reporting using special purpose ledgers Foreign currency valuation and translation Period end closing process Credit Card processes Collection, Dispute, and Credit Management Multi-currency global landscape Development of custom reports Implementation and testing of Function modules, User exits and BTEs SAP - FICA Design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. Align technology with business strategy, working directly with the client gathering requirements to analyze, design and or implement technology best practice business changes Experience in new implementation, enhancement, upgrade and support of SAP FICA/RMCA Definition of enterprise structure for contract account receivables and payables, configuration of billable items (BIT) classes, billing types, billing process, sub-processes, Convergent invoicing configuration, billing grouping/summarization, setting up of background jobs for mass processing of Billing, Invoicing Integration of SAP FICA with BODS application SAP FICA document posting account determination for multiple billable item classes, SAP FICA sub ledger integration with SAP General ledger within SAP FICA system and Integration of SAP FICA with SAP ECC Month end Vendor Balance transfer, Vendor open item clearing, customer open item clearing, configuration of write off, Configuration of Events for building custom validations Business process analysis and case generation (EMMA functionality) SAP RAR - 3+ years of SAP RAR (revenue accounting and reporting) experience specializing in design, configuration and RAR integration with FI, SD and/or BRIM Two full life cycle implementation experience with SAP RAR module including RAR migration experience. Detail understanding of order-to-cash process, SD/FICO modules integration, BRIM process, IFRS 16, COPA and Revenue Recognition process Knowledge of BRF+ is highly desired Experience in solution design and configuration of business processes within RAR, SD and FI/CO Has demonstrated project leadership skills by coordinating cross functional teams and focused on delivering detail designs to align with industry best practices Prior experience in high tech or software industries with good understanding of accounting concepts Require strong verbal and written communication skills including business and functional requirements, management level presentations and proposals presentation Experience in S/4 HANA is preferred Candidates with Bachelors in Finance/ CPA / CPA equivalent preferred SAP SD: 3 TO 4 years of S/4 HANA implementation experience. Experience in S/4 HANA Brown field implementation will be preferred. Knowledge of Order to Cash scenarios, SAP Pricing (SD), Revenue Account Determination, Good knowledge if SD configurations. Master Data (Materials, Condition records, Customer Master), EDI/IDOC, Output Determination is required. Deep understanding of integration between SD and FI. Knowledge in Credit card process will be an added advantage. SAP-MM 3 TO 4 years of S/4 HANA implementation experience. Experience in S/4 HANA Brown field implementation will be preferred. SAP MM experience and understanding of SAP configuration principles. IS Retail experience is a big plus. MM Cycle Count, Master Data & Organizational Structure, Purchasing & Receiving Processes, Supplier EDI Flows, Storage & Operations, and Outbound Processing. Good know of SAP processes and Configurations. Integration with SD, and FICO modules. Working with IDocs and interfaces. SAP GTS Functional Consultant : Overall 10+ Year of experience Min 5 + years of experience with SAP GTS, SAP ECC and S/4 HANA. Min Two, or more, complete full life-cycle implementations of SAP GTS projects in a functional lead capacity Experience with Design and development of processes of Compliance and Customs Management etc. Implementation knowledge of GTS SAP Edition HANA is preferred. In-depth technical knowledge of GTS as well as supporting business processes. SAP project implementation, and support of application-packaged solutions. Ability to stay focused and prioritize a full workload while achieving extraordinary quality. Being upbeat, adaptable, and results driven with a positive demeanor. You should have excellent judgment and integrity with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
