As a Senior SQL Server Database Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of our SQL Server environments. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around performance tuning, automation, and providing robust application support. The role also involves working with advanced SQL Server features, as well as having experience with replication and log shipping. Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MySQL is a plus, reflecting our commitment to versatility in database management. Responsibilities & Skills: Analyze and optimize database and server performance. Develop and maintain automated processes for routine database tasks. Streamline operational procedures through automation to improve productivity. Collaborate closely with application development teams to provide database support. Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues affecting application performance. Configure and manage database replication/Log shipping solution for HA/scalability/DR Leverage advanced SQL Server features to enhance database functionality. Implement security measures for protecting sensitive data within the SQL Server environment.
