Duration: 8 Months + EXT SAP Enterprise Asset Management - SAP Service & Asset Management (SAM) Architect. Review and integrate SAP SAM application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements. Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security. 1. Accountable for the SSAM solution, this includes Application configuration, Testing and deployment. 2. Field questions and inquiries from Business Stakeholders regarding SSAM functionality. 3. Support integration readiness between SSAM, SAP FSM & SAP S4/HANA e.g., smoke test readiness, data mapping. 4. Support testing activities as needed. Define expected results and data requirements for tests. 5. Ensure that all test conditions cover all requirement and are documented at a consistent level of detail. 6. Attends daily defect calls. Works with Defect Coordinator to guide recording of defect disposition severities. 7. Ensure quality, accuracy, standards, and best practices are applied. 8. Facilitate Change Requests Discussions & document CRs, KDDs, etc. 9. Assess risks and develop mitigating strategies. 10. Report progress and status.
