Job Title: Cloud Security Consultant (DLP - Data Loss Prevention) Location: Atlanta, GA /Charlotte, NC /Raleigh, NC (On-site) Duration: Long term Job description: Bachelors degree in and 10+ years of experience in development or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. In-depth knowledge in information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement best practices. At least 2 years of experience architecting, engineering, and/or implementing solutions built in Cloud Service Provider (CSP) environments such as Amazon Web Services (preferred), Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Should have strong Understanding of multiple disciplines/processes related to the position. Strong Experience applying and utilizing enterprise architecture standards. Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function. Ability to plan and manage projects. Ability to solve complex problems by applying best practices. Ability to mentor less experienced teammates. Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information. Good to have Public cloud certifications (such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Professional, AWS Certified Security Specialty, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and/or Azure Security Engineer) Good to have Security Certifications (such as CISSP, ISSAP, CISM, CCSP) Expertise in architecting Cloud Service Provider (CSP)-hosted solutions in one or many of the following domains (such as Identity and Access Management IAM [aka access control], cryptography, networking, DevSecOps, migration to cloud, and/or cloud governance. Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
