Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and product managers. Analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. Communicate testing progress, issues, and results to the team. Drive high test automation coverage and automation goals. Identify new automation opportunities and work closely with BA/DEV teams. Provide daily status updates to client leadership on incremental progress. Advise clients on best practices of implementation. Operate in an onsite-offsite model as required. Requirements: 8-10 years of overall quality assurance experience, with a majority in QA Automation. Hands-on experience in Selenium, Appium, and Saucelabs. Project experience integrating Appium tests into CI/CD pipelines for automated and regular testing. Good knowledge of ALM Octane and JIRA. Familiarity with Web/UI accessibility requirements (e.g., NVDA) and device testing (e.g., Modem, Router, Set-Top-Box, Mobile) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Clear communication skills to convey testing progress and results effectively. Telecom/domain knowledge would be advantageous. Additional Information: Strong Test Lead with a solid background in Mobile and Web Testing.
