If interested, share your updated resume at [email protected] Role: Senior Product Designer Location: Remote, Central or EST Length of Contract: 9 months USC and GC only We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with a passion for delivering accessible, inclusive experiences to people. The ideal candidate will be customer focused, highly motivated, reliable, detailed, and self-driven to produce high quality work. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment, welcome ambiguity and partner with cross-functional teams to lead discoveries, investigate problems, prototype solutions, validate the results, and deliver amazing experiences for our customers. This is a remote contractor role, expected to continue for 9 months. This role will report to the UX Design Manager. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with teams across the organization to design and redesign mobile-first digital product experiences across the enterprise. Responsible for the end-to-end design process from concept to delivery, including user-research, conceptual wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity visual designs based upon our design system, and testing and testing for consumer-facing web and mobile experiences considering user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Partner with a UX researcher to develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs, pain points, and behaviors through qualitative and quantitative research methods leveraging tools like userinterviews.com and guide product and design strategy. Work with engineers to ensure high quality implementation of designs and provide guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle. Give and solicit feedback from other designers, product management, and engineering during weekly reviews and standups. Be current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design and UI/UI design. Minimum Required Skills Eight years of experience designing mobile-first consumer facing digital experiences Must have product design experience with both native mobile app and web experience. Experience designing mobile-first and responsive web pages. Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple concepts and solutions. Experience with both qualitative and quantitative testing. Proficiency with design and prototyping software Figma. Knowledge of UX best practices and trends. Strong understanding of information hierarchy and typography.
