Configure Annual Compensation Cycles/Plans with multiple components (Pay, Merit, Equity and Bonus)Configure Bonus Cycle/Plan Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts to both technical personnel and business users. Capture requirements, analyze, craft and configure applications to meet the business requirements and conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality. Develop and support Integrations between Oracle HCM and other applications like Fusion Middleware and Payroll/Benefits providers. Configure new requirements Document code consistently throughout the development process.
