Lead the development and deployment of predictive models and analytics solutions to solve business challenges. Conduct data exploration and visualization to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain and enhance the data analytics platforms to support ongoing analytics and data science projects. Provide guidance on best practices in data science and analytics within the team and organization. Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to drive innovation in data analytics and model development. Qualifications: Minimum of 12 years of experience in a Development, Data Science, or Analytics role. Proven expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data mining techniques. Strong programming skills in Python, R, SQL, or similar languages and tools for data analysis. Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks such as Java, C#, .NET, Python, or similar. Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures. Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques to effectively present data insights.
