Job Role    : Support Engineer

Location    : Remote (PST time zone work)

Duration    : 6 Months

Salary         : $20/hr on C2C

Only US experience.

Must : 

Customer is looking for candidates having experience of SaaS/Cloud native Application Support , CRM or Automotive DMS and ticketing tool experience is a plus .

Or 

We need profiles with Dealership Management System experience/knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

    3+Yrs of working experience as a Support Engineer, Previous experience in application or product support.

    Good Written & Verbal Communication skills to interact with customers.

    Foundational knowledge in AWS cloud and Azure (Good to Have)

    Knowledge around automobile industry

    Knowledge around CRM (hands on prior experience)

    High level understanding on product features and understanding trends between issues and map it to features and data.

    Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues in the application and manage.

    Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions and understand Data Cleansing.

    Understanding of data issues Vs service issues and provide analysis to L2 team for resolution

    Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.

    Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

    Ability to understand the application both functionally and technically.

    Ensure all issues are properly logged and prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.

    Prepare accurate and timely reports Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

    Complete ticket management with escalation and service level reporting.

    Experience building and managing monitoring dashboards and service integration with monitoring tools.

    Should have hands-on experience on application monitoring tools and should be able to initiate remediation based early warnings.
