Looking Onsite || CP4i Kafka|| North Bergen, NJ (Onsite) Role name: Technical Architect Role Description: Work with the Functional team to gather the Integration Requirements.Liaison with the customer team to understand the integration principles, standards and guidelines and drive compliance for all integrations.Participate in Review boards / quality gating checkpoints for Design review and guide integration deliverables towards defined standards.Defining of Services using Common Information ManagementGuide the offshore team in integration life-cycle and shared service capabilities including analysis, design, development, testing, capacity planning, migration, operations, etc.Lead, mentor and groom the other technical architects / designers of Integration team. Competencies: Digital : Kafka Experience (Years): 8-10 Essential Skills: 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using IBM suite of products (IBM ACE/CP4I, IBM Sterling Integrator) Strong hands on experience working on IBM Integration suite of products. Hands on experience on IBM Connectors (SAP S4, SalesForce) Experience in API Management for REST based services. Ability to Architect, Lead, Design and Develop application architectures using SOAP and JSON based RESTful APIs for REST and JSON. Experience leading small to medium sized teams in projects Strong technical and analytic abilities and can quickly adapt to the changing needs of the organization Strong experience of architecting / designing complex integration solutions using multiple technologies of IBM as middleware technologies in multiple projects. Strong Experience in designing Canonical messages. Strong Experience in EDI transactions with various suppliers Strong knowledge of various Integration Design patterns. Experience in creating standardized design patterns and common frameworks for recurring business scenarios. Experience in Requirement gathering and writing of High Level Design Documents. Experience of CI/CD to deploy integrations across environments. Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders Architects, Business, Operations and drive agreements / decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaboration, coordination and communication skills to work with multiple cross functional teams in establishing guidelines and compliance with integration stakeholders.
