[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Hope you are doing good, Job Description Title::Lead Software Engineer Location::Eden Prairie, MN - Remote MOI:: Phone/Skype Interview Duration:: 6+ months CTH Visa:: No H1B, No CPT Description Critical Requirements / Knowledge / Skills BS in computer science or related field with experience in Semantic Web & Ontologies. 2+ years of experience with semantic web technologies such as RDF, RDFS, OWL, SPARQL Familiarity with clinical/phenotypic data 5+ years of experience with programming in healthcare industry, healthcare IT Knowledge of biomedical ontologies and resources (e.g. SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD, CPT, etc.). Experience with using ontology tools (e.g. Protg, TopBraid, etc.) Understanding of electronic health record data processes and data flow. Knowledge of biomedical common data models (e.g. FHIR, OMOP, PCORNet, etc.) Experience with multiple computing languages, ideally including Java and Python. Knowledge of XML, JSON-LD, and other data serialization formats Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Preferred Requirements / Knowledge / Skills MS in computer science or related field with a focus on Semantic Web & Ontologies.
