Duration: Longterm Need 13 years of exp profiles. Need PMP Certification. The Department requires the following experience, skills, and/or knowledge for this position: A bachelors or masters degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields. Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis when applicable; A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification; Eight (8) or more years setting up and managing a project management office; Five (5) or more years managing successful, large-scale projects that include multiple diverse teams; Five (5) or more years utilizing project software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira, etc. to track and maintain projects; Five (5) or more years developing and maintaining detailed project plans and schedules based on work breakdown structures; Five (5) or more years of experience with PMO methodologies and documentation; Five (5) or more years of experience with meeting facilitation and documentation; Five (5) or more years creating and presenting internal and external status reports; Five (5) or more years with risk and issue management; Experience with completing project deliverables within the scope, schedule, costs, and quality constraints; Ability to coordinate numerous project teams and effectively conduct the initiative to meet overall objectives; Ability to provide effective communication and collaborative skills; Experience in creating presentations and presenting to stakeholders; and Experience providing excellent leadership and negotiation skills. NOTE: In addition to the above list, all selected Candidates must successfully complete a Level II Background Check. 4.2. Preferred Qualifications The Department prefers the Candidates to have the following experience, skills, and/or knowledge for this position: Certification in Agile or Scrum-based Project Management; IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management Foundations Certified; Experience managing projects with a large, distributed user base; Experience managing waterfall projects; Experience with state government projects; Experience managing and reporting projects in compliance with Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C.; Experience working with technical programming teams; Ability to demonstrate a take-charge, can-do attitude with the initiative to solve complex problems; Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders; Skills in negotiation, mediation, facilitation, and team building; Knowledge of IT standards in a criminal justice environment; Experience managing vendors and vendor projects; Knowledge in other IT areas such as programming, data analytics, etc.; A team player attitude with a high-energy level and diligent work ethic; and Ability to meet or exceed deadlines, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to organize and prioritize activities.
